We Will Win: Social Emotional Experience for Adults
TRANSFORMING ~ ENGAGING ~ FUN
Goal: An interactive and
experiential process that supports adults in gaining social emotional awareness
that promotes a positive culture and climate, build positive relationships with
students, customers, and co-workers, and cultivates a caring, productive, and
equitable environment.
This One (6-hour) day training or Two (12 hrs) day training covers the following:
Objectives

Understanding and managing emotions

Take perspective and emphasize with others,
including those from diverse backgrounds and culture (feel and show empathy for
others) (SOCIAL AWARENESS)

Establish and maintain positive relationships

Create vision statements and set positive goals
